Very good course, probably one of my favourite BU classes in my degree.

This course was VERYYYYY interesting. I took it with Keith Masterman and he makes the course very useful. He analyzes different laws and responsibilities that individuals and businesses must adhere to. He uses real-world cases to explain concepts. The midterm and final weren't easy but also not too hard. It essentially involved reading a few short case studies and then using our knowledge of the law and applying it, describing who is liable for what and other information like that.

Basically just memorizing different law concepts - lectures can get boring but I would make sure you attend them.
