Seminar in Financial Economics
This course provides a foundation for microeconomic theory as
used in Finance. The primary focus of this doctoral-level course
is to provide the tools necessary for understanding academic
finance literature, as well as conducting original research with
applied finance theory components. The course addresses the
broad methodological topics of consumer and producer theory,
risk and uncertainty, game theory, and information economics.
