The beginning of ma103 till the midterm could be considered 'easy' since it's basically grade 12 calculus but that doesn't mean you should not study as it IS uni level derivatives. For the midterm do the mock questions and ESPECIALLY previous exams as those are literally the exact format or even same questions sometimes. The after midterm content is where it gets more difficult as you learn completely new content. I recommend 100% knowing how to do the webwork questions on your own, doing some txtbook questions (final had a question from txtbook), DOING the mocks as we had similar questions on the final. Another tip is to do the calculus modules for 5% bonus marks!! Additionally try your best to get around a 100% on the homework by doing them with friends when stuck or looking online as even tho it's worth less it's still grades AND don't skip labs as the 'worst lab drop' will come handy for your lab grade. By doing all this I ended with an A in ma103!!

Chester Weatherby is an amazing prof, this was my second attempt and by going to his lectures I learned so much, he makes it so easy to learn. if your taking this course dont skip the lectures with him. Content wise it is a bit difficult, but i suck at math
