Individual tuition in composition/music creation/sound design and other creative formats. Creative work in any genre and including oral/aural traditions of all cultures is embraced. In lessons students will also study and discuss exemplary scores of other composers in depth with the instructors. Weekly Composition Seminar, and participation in/attendance of Student Composers’ Concerts are expected. Prerequisites: MU260B with a minimum grade of B+; must be registered in the Composition Program or have permission of the Dean. Exclusions: MU366.
