Building on UX100, this course introduces more robust tools and concepts for more complex problem solving. Starting with stakeholder empathy as a key tenet, this course will guide participants through a full cycle of horizon scanning, problem discovery, solution finding, solution evaluation and communication techniques. Prerequisites: UX100 and UX115.
