An introduction to the study of women and leadership. This course examines major approaches and debates in organizational theory from a variety of feminist perspectives. Focus will be on women's leadership within the internal workings of organizations, including community organizations, non-profits and NGO's, and their roles within broader society. Prerequisite: Senior Student Standing.
